With the iPhone 8, 7s, and 7s Plus tipped to be coming in a couple of months, there has been a lot of buzz about what the phones will look like: the design, whether it will come with the wireless charging feature or an embedded fingerprint sensor in the screen? *I mean, it's the iPhone!!! *
This new leak might just be the answer to your question. Recent images showing the front and back panel of the iPhone 8 and the back panels of the iPhone 7s and 7s Plus surfaced online which is said to be from "a friend in the industry". Don't get it twisted, there has been a couple of leaks for the said devices but this one looks more believable.
The first picture shows just the front and rear panels for the iPhone 8 which rumours suggest will go for around $1,000 😲, making it the most expensive iPhone yet. It will feature a near-bezelless AMOLED panel provided by Samsung.
The earpiece and selfie cam are located in a cutout at the top of the screen, which seems to be like the type on the Essential Phone's display.
There's no Touch ID fingerprint scanner on the back, so this image suggests Apple will in fact go with an under-screen sensor as rumored. The cutout for the dual camera space on the rear appears vertical like in past leaks.
The second photo, however, shows the iPhone 8's front and back panel next to the alleged rear panels of the upcoming iPhone 7s and 7s Plus. From the photo, it looks like they're are made of glass, and not aluminium like in the previous iPhones. There was a rumour that the next iPhones will come with wireless charging functionality and with these glass panels, it might just be true for all three 2017 devices.
