Razer, a company known for manufacturing mostly gaming PC's and components are looking to venture into the smartphone world as they gear up to the launch of their first smartphone on 1st of November (although they have been in the tablet game before now with their not-so-popular Razer Edge Pro gaming tablet).
The upcoming Razer phone, which has had fewer leaks since Razer's announcement has not been seen in any photos or renders... well, until now. According to Techbyte, the photo of the alleged Razer phone was leaked by an unnamed insider working in the gaming industry, who acquired the still unannounced devices as a testing platform for games.
Meanwhile, specs of the upcoming Razer phone has appeared on GFXBench listing and according to the said listing, the Razer phone will come with some pretty high end specs like most high end smartphones we've seen in 2017 making it a flagship device. The Razer phone will come with a large 5.7-inch display (16:9) which will pack a Quad HD resolution. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 will power the device, and it will be supported by a massive 8GB of RAM (same RAM size as the OnePlus 5) and 64GB internal storage.
At the back of the Razer phone will be a 12MP camera (although the leaked photo showcases a dual camera setup) and up front will be an 8MP sensor for selfie. The phone will run on Android but there is likely to be a Razer skin with loads of customization on top. Razer looks to redefine the gaming experience on smartphones with their upcoming smartphone which everyone looking forward to.
So, that is about as much information as there is now on the upcoming Razer phone.
