Infinix Hot 5 Lite, as the 'Lite' suggests is the smaller version of the Infinix Hot 5 which was released by Infinix Mobility without any prior announcements. The phone offers similar specs to its senior counterpart, except for a noticeable downgrade in the RAM department and lack of Fingerprint Scanner. There is also no 4G LTE on this one which may discourage some users.

Infinix Hot 5 Lite has a plastic back with a crystal-like pattern which gives it a unique look and should help with handling. The handset comes in five colours; Fine Gold, San-stone Black, White, Lemon and Red colours. That Lemon though! 😍

The phablet measures 154.8mm in length and 77.7mm in width, but it is a bit thick at 8.35mm due to the battery size.

The Infinix Hot 5 Lite features a large 5.5inch HD IPS LCD display at 720 x 1280 pixel resolution with a pixel density of 264ppi. Text should appear legible and crisp, and if media consumption is your thing, then this display has got you covered. No screen protection on this phone, so you might consider getting a screen guard just to be on a safer side.

Camera, Performance & Storage

An 8-megapixel on the back of the Infinix Hot 5 Lite, with LED flash and autofocus means you should have no problem taking good photos even in dark situations, but not the highest quality photos though. The camera can also shoot videos at 1080p. Upfront is a 5-megapixel selfie camera with LED flash.

Infinix Hot 5 Lite is powered by a 1.3GHz Mediatek quad-core processor and paired with 1GB RAM and Mali 400 GPU. Multitasking, on an average level should be present no issue for this smartphone.
