Google account sign-in page will get a new look SOON which doesn't look much different from what we are used to.
The new sign-in page will feature a cleaner and simpler look, tend to make signing in easier and faster, and will be consistent across computers, tablets and phones.
However, the signing in process will still be the same as before. You will still require your email address and password to sign in and your account will still be used as sign-in ID into other Google services as before.
Please not that you might not see this new sign-in page on your device if you still make use of an old browser or you turn off JavaScript.
