The buzz that surrounded the return of the classic Nokia 3310 in 2017 was major. And while fans of the durable Nokia 3310 were elated by the news, the joy sought of faded quickly when HMD announced that the phone will only have 2G network for internet connectivity.

Well, HMD has found a solution to that as they have unveiled the Nokia 3310 3G. The newly launched Nokia 3310 3G features a new interface, upgraded specs to support the 3G radio and extra variety of colours.

With the launch of the 3G variant of the phone, it means HMD will have a wider reach to its fans as some countries are already phasing out 2G network support.
The new Nokia 3310 3G, as mentioned before, now features new colour options with an upgraded user interface. Some of the changes made is the ability to choose between six different theme colours and to rearrange icons based on your liking.

HMD also said the new Nokia 3310 3G promises 6.7 hours of talk time and 27 days of standby time. The new Nokia 3310 3G will be available in Azure, Yellow, Warm Red or Charcoal and will have a €69 price tag, which is about N29,000 at the current exchange rater. The phones will start to ship by mid-October.
The Nokia 3310 2G currently sells for N20,000 on Jumia.
