While it might be a Nokia phone, the rumoured Nokia 9 looks nothing like the design and build on the other phones from HMD as this render suggest.
The most obvious is how the Nokia 9 bears a striking resemblance to the Galaxy S8 amd S8+ (Yeah, you might have noticed that too). The renders show the Nokia 9 from the front sporting an edge-to-edge display that curves at both edges, with not so large bezels at the top and bottom. The display should be an AMOLED panel and it should probably come with the 18:9 aspect ratio.
The fingerprint scanner on the Nokia 9 appears to have made its way to the back, unlike on the Nokia 8 (which had it embedded in the home key on the front).

The bezels at the top and bottom will not be housing any front facing speakers, but we can see the speaker grill at the top and next to it on both sides are some sensors and the selfie camera. At the bottom, as it appears is only the Nokia logo.
Moving to the back of the Nokia 9, the Carl Zeiss dual camera optics are vertically placed and to the right of that camera setup is the dual-tone LED flash while the 'Zeiss' branding and the rounded fingerprint reader rests below it.
The back of the purported Nokia 9 is also curved at both edges which should allow the big phone rest nicely in the palm of your hands.
I can't tell you if the material on the back is made of a glossy metal or glass, but we hope it will be glass as this will enable the device support wireless charging, if ever HMD decides to adopt that.

The phone will reportedly run on a Snapdragon 845 chipset with 4 or 6GB of RAM and 64 or 128GB of internal storage with option for expansion. The Nokia 9 should also come with IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
